A fall in a Nursing Home there is not really rare thing, they are a day-to-day issue that care homes face but that does not mean that they must be tolerated or even forgiven.

there are some other sort of factors but the above are the most obvious and common reasons.
Patients placed in a Nursing Home are open to a reason, they are vulnerable and need proper care. Failings in appropriate care will result in negligence such as an autumn.

Falls in Nursing Homes can have prevented by ensuring safety measures are in place and honored. All the reasons why an autumn may occur first of all, that are mentioned to come, can and should be avoided. Each patient should lookup assessed for risk factors and possesses his own individual care plan. Basic wellbeing procedures should be understood whereas in the place by all members of staff. Nursing Home Abuse is a gripe, but it is a problem which is avoided.
