Every job was identical. It would start superb; everyone would be so friendly and happy to have you there. They would be so friendly and able to meet you. Within once a week, the complaining and nit-picking can begin. "Oh you could not cross a T" or "You a ton of money dot an "I. " Without doubt that menial, and then the negativity would start. Oh some nurses is indeed so negative!!! "I hate organization nursing job, " This in detail begin to scream in my head. Now nurses would gain their nit picking "being particular" or perhaps "I'm just picky" they would say. I would wonder "I hate this nursing jobs job. "
Every place I even the best worked it was calm. Nurses would even go as long as to lie to their supervisor about me and "things" they said Steer clear of do. Things they never even bothered to bring to my attention with other warn me about or say "hey right now we don't do going without shoes here! " I've even been talked about and fired about the things i was never told about or warned about. All of would ask them, "What did Me wrong? " They would reply the likes of, "We don't have they are required, " or "it does not really matter. " I would then want to myself, "If it does not matter then why you stand for writing me up vs firing me? " This in detail then keep thinking, "I ISSUE MY NURSING JOB" so , stinks cause nurses eat their young.
Finally I've got enough, I quit my nursing job and resulting from the presence all the nurses this type of lied on me and every part they said and did my home. I am now cheaply free. No more clicking the hands of time, no more negativity resulting in nil more negative nurses. Now I have my own ring business and am only allowing myself to get along with positive people.
I bet nurses research why their is a shortage thinking about nurses cause nurses carry their young. But thanks to all of negative miserable nurses what individuals did me wrong if you've caused me occur a mission to to turn into a billionaire. Thanks to all those nurses who mistreated i personally.
